Der Produktions- und Logistikpark am Verkehrslandeplatz wird im Jahr 2025 im Kamenzer Norden entstehen. In Summe entstehen 100.000 m² Hallenfläche, welche zur Vermietung und zum Verkauf stehen.

Region profile

The major municipal town of Kamenz is situated in the Free State of Saxony in the Federal Republic of Germany. Kamenz is in the border triangle of Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic and has a size of around 100 squarekilometers and approximately 17,000 inhabitants. The industrial location of Kamenz lies about 50 km north east of the State Capital of Dresden and 30 km northwest of the city of Bautzen. The industrial location of Kamenz has a well-developed infrastructure. It is very easy to reach Dresden, Leipzig and Berlin international airports from Kamenz. Kamenz also has its own Commercial Airfield (one of the oldest in Germany). There is a good connection to the A4 federal motorway via the motorway approach road, Burkau junction. There is also a connection to the A13 federal motorway at the Ruhland junction (distance of approx. 31 km). There are railway services every hour to and from the State Capital of Dresden.
