The District Town of Großenhain, situated before the gates of Dresden, is one of the most dynamic small towns in Saxony and deserves to become your future place of investment. Other branches, such as the manufacture of plastic parts, the glass and construction industry and, most importantly, the field of renewable energy distinguish the town as a site of innovative sustainability. Best investment opportunities are to be found on the Airport Industrial Estate, where 8 ha of space are still available. Its good location at the crossroads of two federal roads, its proximity to the highway, its connection to the railway network and its levelled-off industrial areas equipped with top-notch infrastructure, immediately adjacent to the airport will certainly speak for the park-like terrain. Reasonable property and rental costs, low consequential charges and the short distance to the state capital of Dresden make the town an attractive alternative. Dresden with its science, research and cultural facilities is within easy reach thanks to the well-developed infrastructure.
